I have done business with Eastgate Chrysler since I bought my vehicle new in 2008 from Eastgate. I was glad to see Norm back in the service department. I always trusted Norm or Joe on informing me about necessary repairs or maintenance on my vehicle. I just had repair work done and was well pleased with the work. Thanks!

I have purchased and leased several vehicles from Eastgate Chrysler Jeep. The Sales staff are polite, professional and have great knowledge about the vehicles on they're lot. The service staff is great as well, they always treat me with extra kindness and do a wonderful job with my Jeep. I am a life long customer.
Dishonest and ridiculously slow. I would not recommend taking your car here for repairs. My husband made an appointment to take his car in. When we got it there, they said they didn't have any appointment on the books, but would be able to finish his car that day. At the end of the day they said they weren't finished and needed a part to fix an issue under warranty. They promised it would be finished by the end of the week.
