We were driving to Colorado and we’re having a concern with our Chrysler T&C van. We stopped by on a Saturday morning and Jamie in the service dept was very helpful and was able to have our van checked out right away. Jamie and the service receptionist were very friendly and knowledgeable and we were on the road again in a timely manner. Thank you again.

Outstanding Service!! On our way to Indianapolis from Cleveland, OH, our 2015 Chrysler 200 got a "Service Transmission" message and check engine light. Luckily our hotel was only 2 miles from Eastgate CJDR so I brought the car there Friday AM at 7:30. With no appointment, they took me in right away, ran diagnostics, reset the code, did a transmission quick learn and researched to see if any open or related technical service bulletins.
