RecommendedWe were traveling and had our truck fixed at a different dealership in Iowa. We got near Indy and our truck was having severe problems. Eastgate was able to see us, determined the previous repair was not done correctly, and fixed it. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I'm happy with the repair. I recommend Eastgate to anyone in the area!

I had a recall on my Chrysler 2015 200 and was very pleased with my service. They fixed the problem in a reasonable time and were very pleasant.
The sales and management team are seriously amazing! I highly recommend this dealership!
Not sure what to say. They did fix my orginal problem and their service manager which I cant remember his name did call me many times to explain what was gong on with my car. I didnt have them do one repair due to it being so expensive but they did tell me upfront what was wrong and was working. I guess you cant ask much more than that. I like honesty and so far from the they were honest with me as far as I can tell.
Never ever ever buy a vehicle from this place!!! They bend over backwards to make sure you can buy a car from them, but as soon as something goes on with your vehicle, that you bought from them, they could care less to help you what so ever! We have had an ongoing problem for ONE YEAR with our car we bought from them... We can't get anything figured out and they sure aren't doing anything to fix the problem.
