Service Techs over the years have all been very knowledgeable, courteous and helpful, Recently the express lane feature has been a big plus, saving time for me. I find the personnel involved just as courteous and helpful as the other employees which is what I have come to expect from ALL Eastgate Chrysler personnel and have received. I look forward for to the same relationship in the future.
I bought my 2010 Dodge Journey from your Dealership in 2009. I would not take it anywhere else for service. It has been a great car and I still love it and have always had great service. I recently brought it in and worked with Lance (don't remember his last name.) and he was fantastic. He was very very helpful and took the time to really explain everything to me.
