Checked in at 8am, waited 2 hours for a service and rotation! I had pre-paid my services and they "misplaced" information and that was the cause of my delay!
Rude, unprofessional. Two hours for an oil change. Nobody notified me that my truck was ready. I also was denied offers extended to me by email. Bought my truck there two years ago. I've never had a good experience. My truck is under recall and I will be looking to take it to a different dealership. I don't want to do business there ever again.
Bought a 2017 Ram 1500 and everything went perfect until the finance guy slipped a window etching charge past me that I did not catch until getting home
The young lady in the express lane, on Saturday, that checks cars in could use some coaching on customer service. The rushed, rude and unprofessional behavior is not ok. I tried to ask questions about repairing my tire and was told there are NO tire warranty packages which is not correct. I was in the process of looking for my warranty info when the rude young lady told another employee "If I knew this car was out here I would have said no."
