Dr. Thompson is a caring individual, who after 5 years still remembered me, greeted me warmly and made me feel safe. I had reverse shoulder replacement surgery as well as surgery on my wrist relieving years of pain both cases. Dr. Thompson is always polite, professional and willing to explain what the treatment options are. I believe in his skills so highly that when my own son was injured I asked him to be his surgeon. Dr Thompson’s expertise and bedside manner are great Prompt service. Worked me in the day after I called. He injected my shoulder with steroids and lidocaine. Helped a lot. I was able to keep a surgery appointment for the next day for an unrelated issue.
Dr. Thompson is excellent in both diagnostics and personality. I felt his examination to be extremely thorough and I have utmost confidence in his judgment.
