Very personable. Explains problems well. He offered an injection for the pain, and told me what to expect, and to let him know how I was doing in five days. He performed surgery on both of my thumbs with excellent results. He answered my questions and didn’t rush. I have complete confidence in him.

Dr. Thompson repaired a tear in my rotator cuff. He's an excellent surgeon and I healed quickly with little pain. I highly recommend him as I've had several surgeries throughout my life.

Dr. Thompson is a caring, talented hand surgeon. He has a good way of talking with patients about their condition and helps to develop a treatment plan that is successful. I would and have recommended him to family and friends for the expert care he provides. However, on the down side not related to care from Dr. Thompson there was an extremely long wait while in the office. It was over an hour wait to be seen. The office has rude office staff (triage nurse, PCR) which is the first impression of the organization.
Dr. Thompson is a gifted communicator and an extremely skilled practioner.
I had an excellent doctor’s visit with Dr Thompson. He listened to my concerns and addressed each one. He reviewed my records carefully.
Extremely pleasant. Told us exactly what his procedure would be like and when I chose him to do carpel tunnel procedure , he said surgery counselor would call to set up appointment.
I am rating Dr Thompson on my initial visit. He is a very busy Doctor since it took me a while to get the appointment . DrThompson was very through; he wanted to make sure that I understood why I was having pain in my shoulder and what could be done to fix the problem, he answered all of my questions. I feel he is genuinely interested in my care, he will be fixing a bad rotator cuff replacement from 6 years ago. His staff is also courteous and efficient. In my opinion Dr Thompson is a knowledgeable and caring doctor.
