Dr Thompson is the best. He cares, he explains procedures, he recommends surgery only when necessary. All of my procedures have been successful.
I have been a patient of Dr. Joel Thompson's for guite a while(10 years +). Had received advice from friends to try their doctors but to be honest in researching them, they were not anywhere close to Dr. Joel. He is compassionate,understanding, you never feel you have been rushed through your appointment without you, concerns being addressed, most of all, he is more than competent .

I have several appointments with Dr. Thompson along the way of him replacing my shoulder and I have always considered him to be the finest doctor I have met.
i had a consult with dr thompson for a review after my surgery was canceled last year due to covid. his office staff is superb. alex, his assistant spent alot of time with me examining my hands. ultimately had an injection which in the past had been extremely painful. her technique was virtually painless. ended up with injections in my hand and shoulder. dr thompson spent time going over my options for my hands and shoulder, short and long term. he is one of the most empathetic physicians ive known. i would highly recommend ... read more
