The appointment process easy with the staff mailing the necessary new patient paperwork to me prior to the appointment. Dr. Thompson apologized for the 10-15 minute wait and introduced himself and his assistant. He went over the findings of the MRI and x-rays in detail and discussed treatment options. My only concern was I felt like he did not give me enough time to ponder his treatment and I signed the treatment option after the treatment was performed. I understand I could have slowed pro
I had a complete left shoulder replacement, and will have the right shoulder replaced later this year. I can't say enough great things about Dr. Thompson. It has been 6 months since my first surgery, and I have nearly 100% movement, and absolutely no pain or discomfort of any kind. I am back in the swimming pool - - swimming again! He is wonderful surgeon!
My husband and I have both had to have procedures done by Dr. Thompson. He's an excellent doctor and has the best personality of any doctor I've ever seen. Highly recommend!
My experience was okay. Dr. Thompson was good about explaining my injury and options. I'm 2.5 years out from my injury from an accident and 11 months out from my surgery, finally starting to almost be pain free. I see a PT (on my own, not as recommended by surgeon) who is helping me with my recovery. I would recommend, but think the Doctor/Staff could do a better job with post op care information and followup post surgery check-in regarding pain management and how best to keep swelling down.

Dr. Thompson is one in a million. His bedside manner and surgical skills are superior to any doctor I have ever seen. I have had two shoulder surgeries and he always calls that same evening to make sure I am doing okay and to answer any questions I may have. I can't speak highly enough of Dr. Thompson and his staff. I wouldn't recommend any one else.
Outstanding in every way. Great bedside manner, listens and explains things clearly. Surgical skills are exemplary. Office staff is friendly, helpful, and treats patients with great respect. Have had 2 surgeries performed by Dr. Thompson; carpal tunnel and rotator cuff repair. Great results with both. Dr. Thompson followed up the shoulder surgery with a call two days afterward to check on my status and to answer any questions or concerns I had. Have referred many friends to him for care.
