Had a hand full of problems from the cookies being brick hard to the keyless entry not being seamless. Booked a queen size bed room had 2 twins. Cleaning ladies were loud and obnoxious I could hear their conversations clearly through the door. Got a parking package and was still charged extra for parking.

Our party of six had several problems during our stay. Two guests were not given the correct room initially, so had to move rooms after the first night. The corridors were very noisy at night. On one night, we were woken at 2:30 am and 4:30 am by shouty, drunken guests on the corridor and a loud argument in a nearby room. We had to call security staff. The hotel is in an excellent location. Our room was clean and comfortable. It's not a fancy hotel, but I'm thankful it was warm and inviting. However, the tv didn't work, the phone didn't work, and the bar was closed at 6 pm on a Saturday. The breakfast is very expensive but most of the food items were out, & the service is slow. If you're looking for a place to stay and no services inside the hotel, this is a great place. If you're looking for a room as service, bar, food options, this is not the hotel for you.
