Just got back from a wonderful 6 day trip to NYC, and loved this hotel. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Robert is the sweetest guy ever! The cookie on our arrival definitely got us off to a good start :) The room was a good size for the three of us, the shower hot and powerful. The only downside was the lack of tea and coffee facilities in our room, but there is a great little cafe called The Oxford Cafe, on the next block, and they do lovely tea and coffee. We have stayed in this hotel and many hotels in the city. It is in a great location, and has comfortable beds. However, our heat could not be controlled and it was very hot and uncomfortable during our stay. Corridors/hallways were noisy, and the room doors were heavy(so you could hear them slamming shut).
