First, the bathroom products having lavender in them when someone is allergic to that is an epic fail. Had to go next door to the DR. to buy soap etc just for my one night stay. I get that comes from a Corp. Person, brand and not local. But that will have me NEVER staying at any of those brands again. THINK! the housekeeping on the 7th floor are very chatty first thing on a Sunday morning. Before 9AM. Took way too long to get the parked car, that cost 63 dollars! I would not recommend anyone to stay at this hotel. The first night me and my boyfriend arrived we decided to go out and do some shopping and came back to our hotel room. My boyfriend dropped his phone and found a used condom in between the bed and the nightstand when he went to go grab his phone out. The manager on duty upgraded our room and said any movies would be free due to this disgusting incident. Later that night we wanted to watch a movie and the TV was not working. My visit to the DoubleTree was okay I had some issues while I was there I had to call the front desk twice for someone to come and look at the heat because it was not working I also had to call the front desk twice for a blanket because the heat was not working if I wanted to order room service I could not because there was no menu in the room. I don't think I would stay there again

As a former native New Yorker I thought it was an excellent value. Perfect midtown location. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Rooms updated and very clean. Will stay here again.

出門口轉右就係Metro，樓下對面就有嘢食Starbucks，Godiva，Schnippers都好方便，房間都好乾淨好靜， 但冇任何日用品嘅，只有Crabtree & Evelyn Shampoo， Conditioner，Body lotion，Body soap，Facial soap，同毛巾，再加上每日會執房，但應該冇換床單枕袋嘅， 都值得1住，再去1定會再住🖒🖒🖒 不過，係寄存行李時要每件行李都要俾$1囉， 攞番件行李又每件$1囉....

I would never book this hotel are finding out you have no compassion what so ever after someone has had to delay there trip due to a death in family... the flight company have helped them push there trip back slightly but you have made it very clear u don't care and probably have already sold the hotel room AGAIN!! I will certainly make sure people do not book your hotel and at least I now know to stay very clear from you.

Due to fly to New York 9th jan and were due to stay at this hotel! But the sudden death of my grandma on New Year's Eve has meant we are unable to go on this date! We booked our once in a life time trip with BA ( who I have to say has been excellent through this horrendous time ) we spoke with BA to ask if there was any chance we could postpone our trip .. so fly one week later than planned ( so we could lay my gran to rest ) BA were fantastic offering to postpone or refund flights and waver any costs!
