Great hotel in a great location. Only downside - ridiculous bar prices $26 for JD and coke!!and no coffee/tea making facilities in room

The hotel is very nicely situated and at a walking distance to all tourist attraction points. The hotel itself could do with A LOT of much needed refurbishment. The rooms have just the very basic facilities and you have to ask for simple things like shower caps! But the staff are extremely friendly and helpful which sorts of makes up for the comforts that one misses otherwise. Horrible stay, rude bartenders (Sandy), incompetent management (Kurt) and condescending guest relations (Josh) it was one bad experience after another. Stear clear and find somewhere else to stay
