Unfriendly welcome staff. Overpriced for always-free services. Dog was barking all night. Drill in nearby room from 8am-11. Zero-rating.

My recent stay was good...I was fortunate enough to meet one of the staff Rosa A who was outstanding in looking after my room and was nice enough to bring me ice when she saw me try to get ice and machine wasn't working..she. on her own showed up with a bucket of ice. She also greeted me each day with a cheerful hello..she should get a raise..great employee!!!

I love coming to NY and staying at the DoubleTree. Its my 3rd time staying at this hotel. Everyone is extreamly pleasent and helpful. The hotel is in a great location close to everything you need. Oh, I can't forget they have the best cookies in the world that they give out when you check in and thuout your stay.

Regarding my conversation with your staff regarding our "Digital Key" room, I just happened to stop by the desk before first going to my room assigned through the app. Then your staff advised that the room had been taken out for maintenance so they had assigned us a different room. Our Hilton Honors (HH) membership allows us, the consumer to pick certain preferences about the floor, level, and access to exits for our room choices within the availability.
