An employee from here called and woke me up at 3 am with an opps wrong number ..... if they can't get that right .....

I have really enjoyed my time here~in fact,all the folks with HS have so far~the hotel and the area is very historical and we r in the middle of all in NY~the staff has been very welcoming and kind~also a plus for the hotel is it is very close to subway,beats the times square loca bigx~def glad my employer has a contract with double tree~ roof top meetings and parties are so calming yet fun~almost like being at home & your fav pub all at the same x,with 100 people there~lol~they have a very "at home" feel to it, gym is insan... read more

This is by far the worst hotel I've ever stayed at in Manhattan! Stay away - What a dump!! Toilet running non-stop, flys in my room and on top of it being a crap hotel they decide to test their emergency f'ing alarm system and intercom at 3:00 in the f'ing morning!?!?!?! As I was woken up out of a not very deep sleep I jumped out of bed not sure if I had just dreamed this so I called down to the front desk and was told that "oh yeah - you can just ignore that....it was only a test"??????
