Place a hold on my credit card at the start of our stay. Never removed it and when contacted first claim I had not fully paid for out room, which we had. When I proved this with bank statements they changed their story and now I owed them for a room upgrade which I never requested and never received. By far and away the worst service I have ever received from a hotel. Never stay here!!

Stayed here November 18th til 22nd had a great stay hotel is fab and staff were great beds were so comfy would defo stay again

Worst elevator system known to man. Priority to specific floors could have you waiting 7 minutes and more before you get a packed elevator. Staff provided inconsistent services. Many of the staff working are rude. Also I requested extra sheets at 5:30AM, house keeping came at 10:00AM. Definitely never returning, and never recommending.

Just returned from my First stay in New York and loved every minute of it. The hotel is central enough to enjoy walking to most places which was great but also allowed some calm away from the madness too! So perfect location wise. Rooms where comfy and had all we needed. The staff were more than happy to help, all friendly and welcoming too. Defo be back 🖒 x

Room was clean, but not very sound-proof. I was unable to adjust temperature in room. Only heat was available. No air. Apparently heat and air were placed on same circuit, so you got a choice, heat or air, no option of both. Also, the room fan blew out hot air. Finally after the 4th time asking that the temp in our room be adjusted to our comfort, a fan was brought in and the window was opened. My last night I was finally comfortable.
