Great location for low/mid priced hotel....the staff seem to be overstretched and they have just got a contract with British Airways to accommodate their staff at the hotel which can make check in/out a little hectic if they have a flight leaving or arriving. Rooms are adequate with powerful showers,safe but no fridge. We had a small problem with our laundry being returned but as it didn’t appear on our bill at checkout they must have waived the cost. I would stay here again!

None of the staff smile. One is spoken to with contempt and made to feel the customer owes them. And absolutely no one has any intention of going out of their way to help you, they pass the buck to whoever deals with your particular situation and with that, wash their hands of you. Unfortunately not a good experience.

Absolutely filthy! Bathroom had not been cleaned. Pubic hair all over the floor and toilet. Hair in bath and sink. Dust galore! Offer services such as a fridge etc but when you ring and ask the service is not available. In need of a good refurb and some customer service training :(

Stayed at this hotel from 15th June till 19th June. Amazing hotel! Staff were friendly, the doorman were outstanding, especially Julio. All in all, a brilliant stay. New York City is officially my favourite place on earth!

Beware. If you need a taxi to the airport it may take time to get one. The doorman is going to sell you to a taxi. Found it strange that several stopped and talked and drove away. The one that finally said ok had to pay the doorman $3. F’ing thief

Localización excelente!!! Muy buen hotel, las habitaciones muy cómodas y limpias, buen servicio. No tiene restaurante, sólo ofrecen desayuno.

Had to wait in line for over 35 minutes to check in. Once in it was fine but a faster check in after 3 would have made all the difference
