The worst customer service i met in years!!! We got there with a reservation at 12am, only to find out werent offer a reasonable soolution and only atc3am we got to another hotel!!! It was like that for otherc3p leople that got there that night. They were very unkind, not helpful, and ignored everyone's frustration. that we dont have a room. We

I stayed there with my family, last december for four days. We found it so comfortable, so close to the best NY's attractions like Rockfeller centre, St Patrick Cathedral, lots of stores were around it, Sturbucks just in front of it, we went often there for breakfast. And one of the most important thing I pretend by an hotel, cleaning, was perfect. I advise Doubletree Hilton hotel to all of you and I hope to come back soon!

The bed was comfortable the shower was nice. The room needed updated as plaster was coming off the ceiling. The main problem was the homeless people sat in the foyer with stained clothing which I found unacceptable and my children found upsetting to see. The Hilton name carries with it certain expectations they weren’t met !

We have just returned home from a fantastic whirlwind weekend in New York, what can I say about this hotel apart from absolutely outstanding. From the quick, courteous and helpful response to all my emails prior to arrival, to the wonderful staff at check who sorted us am amazing room and the super helpful doorstaff, nothing was too much trouble for anyone.
