great location near two subway stations. only down no free WiFi
Item of clothing missing from room, think may have been caught up in towels or sheets when room cleaned... reported to Reception twice and security, all promising to get back to me..... a week later and no one has
Worst Hotel EVER!!! From the time we checked in until the time we checked out the staff was rude and impatient with everyone that was around us during our stay. We were there for 10 days! Our UPGRADED room was so dirty that my son had a breathing attack from the mold in the room! The floor was actually damp from all the moisture. We asked to move rooms which they were offended and made it seem like it was total inconvenience that I would even ask that. Omg! Just the pits!! The worse check in and reception staff I've ever known. What a huge disappointment after such a long journey. Got to the room and there was already someone in it!! The room's so dirty too.

We stayed there for one night only. I like the location of this hotel, i liked that it was quick check in, we did like the level floor we stayed on, i did like that bed was pretty hard ! Cleaning ladies were helpful too. Room was clean What i didnt like that there was some hair on the floor in the bathroom but i still think our bathroom was cleaned before. :)

No fridge or tea/coffee making facility in the room and also the air conditioning unit is the most complex I've ever come across, there simply isn't a shut off button. The lady at reception was curt and dismissive

Punto di forza senza dubbio la posizione, fantastica e strategica, al centro di Manhattan e con una fermata di subway a 1 metro.....ma nel 2018 non si puo' proporre un sistema di condizionamento dell' aria di 30 anni fa, vecchio e imbarazzantemente rumoroso.....sembra di essere di fianco ad una vecchia lavatrice in centrifuga 24 ore su 24....
