No amenities/room service. 2 heavily handled tea bags, a nasty electric kettle, one paper cup & an opened packet of sugar/sweeteners. That’s what $650 a night gets you in your prison cell size room. Sucks doesn’t even cover it. I’ve stayed in 50+ hotels this year... this is the worst. Flew in 1st Class but sleeping in No Class.

I stayed in this hotel 22-25/11/2018 and £650 has been held by hotel from my bank account. Bill settled and they still are holding this huge amounts of money. I have sent numerous emails and have yet to get a reply. I was told $50 per night would be held so in my opinion this is utter fraud. Will never use this hotel chain again . Staff not friendly unless youre tipping them constantly. Been on to my bank who are just as useless as its an international transaction.

The room has had its day ,very dirty shower head ,tiles mouldy.No tea or coffee facilities in the room and no mini bar/fridge,very long queues for check in but only one member of staff on duty.I,d expect alot more from the hilton name.Wont be back.

Very central close to all amenities. Everything you could need...apart from maybe coffee making facilities in your room. The beds are extremely comfortable and the towels are lovely quality. Cleaners do a fantastic job of sorting your room out even though ours was pretty cluttered.

I had a very annoying experience with the hotel. When I landed my luggage was delayed and the airline promised to deliver it to the hotel. I asked at the reception several times and the receptionist informed me that the luggage was not delivered. When I went to the airport on my way home, the airline confirmed that my lugagge was delivered to the hotel, so I did not have my luggage during all of my stay. It was very unpleasant experience.

Is the worst hotel in town. Dirty, crappy rooms, bad attention. Would never recommend it.

centralissimo, comodo per spostarsi e con ristoranti e bar vicinissimi e con la metro per Il JFK praticamente all'uscita dell'hotel.
Stayed last month with room pre-paid. Arrived home to see that hotel took £751.19 from my account. Got a partial refund and have been informed at my end that the hotel was paid before I arrived. I have suffered loss of time, expensive international calls and distress due to a very poor service. No one is addressing this. Don’t book with this as you are liable to have hundreds of pounds taken with no justification.
