Clean very friendly staff... Nice comfortable rooms!
I was having a great time here until it came to departing. You convinced me to get a transfer to the airport with you, we confirmed the airport with you, and the driver took us to the wrong airport! 100s of dollars out of pocket and was nearly late for our flight. I did originally give this 5* because of the excellent service from Caitlin. I wish I hadn't of reviewed it before I'd departed. Absolute rubbish stayed in Hilton Honors room was dirty out dated mould growing on ceiling in bathroom skirting board falling off. Complained but got nowhere would not stay again even if it was free. Looking at trip advisor Manager responds with rubbish on how they take complaints seriously but they don't.

It was ok for the most part. The door 's deadlock did not work, other than that everything was clean and comfortable.
