RecommendedAbsolutely loved our stay here for our honeymoon. Lovely check-in, the cookies were amazing 🍪. Superb breakfast. Room was lovely and clean, bed was every so comfy. Great location .

Great treatment, room was clean, nice location close to some restaurants and some subway stops

Location was good. Check in was good. Price for breakfast at hotel was high, $24 , bananas were like mush ! Room was clean. Bathroom door on back side was peeling, bathtub was peeling also ! Also cost to store your luggage if your room is not ready, $2 per bag! Lobby is very crowded do to air line crews standing around!

You have a sign at your front desk that says “if you are not satisfied with your stay, let us know and we’ll make it right” and I strongly suggest you take it down. We booked 2 adjoining rooms and paid for them in advance. We went online and did an early check in yesterday (and selected our rooms) for checking in today. Additionally we called and spoke to someone at the hotel explaining it was imperative the the rooms be adjoining. Booked this room for a business trip via the company portal. Realized there was no Wi-Fi when I tried to work from the room. AC doesn't work that well and the bathroom mirror has horrible lighting.

It’s better than I expected. This is an inexpensive ( by nyc standards ) older hotel, but the rooms are modern and have decent space.
