Great location but for a totally renovated hotel they made poor choices. Room itself huge for an NYC hotel but bathroom was a closet and if you weren’t careful you were twisting your ankle on the door stop coming out of the floor. You can’t control your rooom temp... their solution to getting our room cooler was leaving the window open and a fan which we came back to after a very long day out. The front desk never answered and the elevator took forever. We are Hilton Honors members and were never so disappointed.

Excelente!! La atención fue muy buena. Muy simpáticos y amables todos. Limpieza total. Habitaciones luminosas y amplias. Excelente ubicación . Nos encantó. Y muchas gracias por preparar el agua para mi mate por las mañanas!!!

BEST KEPT SECRET ON LEXINGTON
I have been at DoubleTree by Hilton Metropolitan - New York City several times. I like it is in a quiet area of the city, with the subway at a few steps from the door. Having coffee in my room? NO WAY! there are several nice options not far away. Front desk staff were very nice, same as housekeeping ladies. Highly recommended!
