THIS is the only place we stay. I went there 15 years ago and now, IT'S EVEN BETTER!!!!! Love the beds, covers, everything about it!

NO ROOM SERVICE, COFFEE OR TEA AVAILABLE. Rooms were adequate and clean, but way WAY overpriced, even for New York. Beds were comfortable. Linens were fine. Bathrooms were awkward in the extreme. Very difficult to get ready in the morning using this bathroom. No space for toiletries at all. Had to put them in the sink, then brush teeth at the end. Closet did not allow for hanging long items unless you removed the iron from the 3" wide space in the "IKEA-like" wardrobe unit added sometime in the last ten years. Retrofit of fl... read more

Very disappointed. They have been bought out and as such have got rid of the VIP lounge, open to Hhonors members. There are no tea/coffee making facilities in the room. There's no room service!! Sorry, is this a hotel or a barn? For the cost of this hotel, I felt very shortchanged! If the room I was in was for Hhonors members I would hate to see the other rooms.
