No room service, if you require coffee / tea outside restaurant hours you have to find a local cafe. We were told by reception staff the coffee was available in restaurant foc, after 6am, but when we went to the restaurant we were advised it was not, the restaurant staff then rang the reception to tear them off a strip, while we waited in the queue , and made to feel idiots and liars.The bar in the hotel doesn't open till 5pm so no afternoon drinks available. This property appears to be struggling. I've stayed here a lot in the past but my most recent visit (aug 25) has been a complete horrible mess. 1. Elevators not working. And I do not mean just 1 of them. It took 8 tries and 40 minutes to get an elevator to head downstairs on Sunday morning. I THINK ONLY 1 was working. Car after car packed to the gills with unhappy participants. 2. Breakfast line. Since there was a 20 min wait for an elevator to head back to my room, I decided to give breakfast a whirl. Loved this hotel !! When wee stayed in April absolutely brilliant location and very friendly staff .Rooms r enormous very spacious.Would 100% recommend it to everyone x
