Staying here now, what incredible service, we requested a quiet room and they have delivered, our room is comfortable, spacious, clean and most importantly quiet. We will definitely stay here again. They even had our room ready early, looking forward to our next 3 nights, thanks for putting your customers needs first.

Good for a few nights, but not worth the regular price. The expectations on a Hilton Hotel are different to that place. But anyway: OK!
Nice hotel. No club floor for Hilton Honors and no coffee machine in room. Otherwise comfy room, luxurios beds, great location!!

Just returned home from our NY family holiday vacation. The Double Tree was an awesome place to stay. Centrally located, close to subway. Room was great. Staff was amazing especially front desk manager Jorge(George), housekeeping & bellhop/front doormen. Thank you for making our stay very memorable. **Oh and thank you for the yummy warm chocolate chip cookies �!!**

A dump! Maybe the rooms on the higher floors are nicer, I don't know. We were on the 8th floor the room was very small and terrible. Staff was friendly and accommodating.
