Do not use them there customer service is zero. I have sent over 30 emails and messages and yet no response. Appalling
Although our room and the service we recieved was nice, we checked out on the 27th February 2020 and are yet to receive our bond back. We were advised on both check in and check out that we would receive our bond within 5 to 7 days post check out. Bond was $50USD per night which equaled $350USD for us. Over a month later, we are still yet to receive our money, despite numerous phone calls were we were advised our money was sent back to us. We have visited our bank who advised there is no money pending return from Doubletree ... read more
