Our room was Robbed during our stay and Hilton could not have cared less! Horrible customer service.

The bellhops took us for $4 for bags before a room is done and then $3 to get them back out again so that we could get into our rooms

Aside from the room being 75 degrees, with no way to turn on air conditioning. Finally opening the window. We were very happy with everything else. Would definitely return.

I checked in on the 17th of march and was over charged for my room.,The First Lady that checked me in was very nice.,When I checked my online banking I noticed the double charge and went down stairs the lady had finished.,The other Lady that felt with me was so rude no customer service skills at all.,I asked to see the manager and she walked out 10minutes later to tell me I was correct that I was over charged,She never apologised and said I should be refunded 3 days after I checked out.,I checked out the 20th of march and st... read more

Recently stayed here for 6 nights and was happy with the stay right up until we checked out. I realised once we had checked out and travelled to Times Square while we waited for our transfer that I had left my ring in the room. We headed back to the hotel and reported this to be told at around 1pm that the room was already reoccupied and they would "try" and gain access to the room to check. It took 3 visits to the reception desk for someone to finally come over to tell me the ring wasn't found nor was it still in the room. ... read more
