Very friendly and no smoke and mirrors. Third vehicle bought from them and was easy as the last two. Will be back when it’s time to get another.
We bought a used car in April of 2018. 2 month's after purchase had to take car in for engine repair. 2 weeks later we had to take in again. Now 9 months later the check engine light is on and car sputters whenever car comes to a stop. I have never had this much trouble with a used car. I thought going to a well known dealership I wouldn't have face this problem.
They have a great service department who is always prompt, friendly and dedicated to each customer. I also feel the sales department is very friendly and not pushy. They actually take the time to get to know you and what you like and dislike in a vehicle to find you the right fit. I have had many friends purchase through Toyota and they have had wonderful things to say about there experience. My family included owns a new vehicle runner from Toyota. Carson is a must see if your looking to buy! 👍👍👍👍
Took my rav in to get its maintenance services done and also to fix a leak in my car tire. My husband took it in for me and they came back and told my husband that the tire couldn’t be repaired and needed a new tire for over $350. We decided to go get a 2nd opinion. We took it to les schwab the same day. They were able to patch the tire and no charge to us. Very upset that they tried to take advantage of us... always get a 2nd opinion....saved us over $350!!
