My customer service experience was extremely poor with this location. Sales person lied to my family, didn’t provide the temporary license, questioned us about whether or not we were sure it wasn’t in the window. Then told us they’d have to see if they could find it and would get back to us if it was found, but they were “ pretty sure it must have been taken care of” because it wasn’t in their building (which it was.) Loved our car buying experience. We needed 3rd row seating for our family. We decided to go with Dick Hannah after looking online at what they had. Came in the next day and left with a brand new Toyota highlander. Mark was great. He made us feel welcomed and helped us with what we were looking for. Thanks again!

Went in to look at a 98 tacoma..has dents in the front left fender ,tail gate and passenger door.45% tread on tires,needs rotors,tint in the Windows peeling,burns in the seat so was owned by a smoker, back bumper all jacked ..for granted it only has 118k. but they want 11 grand and won't budge on price..haha you can go hustle someone else..crooks
