Won’t be returning to this dealership for anything. Went in for routine oil change/tire rotation....two hour wait. One other customer in the lobby aside from myself. My truck was complete and ready for me to go...but I waited 45min before the attendant ‘got to me’ and as I said there was only two of us in the lobby waiting. And for this I paid $103?? They also did a 4x4 inspection on my 2-wheel drive truck. Last straw, I’ll be going into Vancouver from now on...

Went to go look at a car, they said they moved it to Vancouver lot, that first thing in the morning it would be there, they called us at around 3:30 that it was in Portland, when we got there we still waited for them, after all this running around, they salesman didn’t even want to go ask if they would accept our offer

My car was a 2001 an it took a poop on me so I went to Dick Hannah after being approved for a loan an I was so worried about finding a car in my bank parameters that I’d love an be able to drive everyday to an from work on the freeway that wasn’t gonna use up a lot of gas an when I went to Dick Hannah’s Carson help me find a car that one I loved two was under my banks parameters and he even helped me set up an find the cheapest Insurence we could find an it definitely wasn’t easy but he helped us so much and we had a few lau... read more
