They just want your money! Traded in a car there about 1 year ago and was told that I would be able to trade in the car they sold me with no problem because they’re good cars and hold their value well. Well, the car I’m in now is worth almost 10,000 less than what I owe. They completely scam you on the worth of the vehicles and get you into a loan that you will never be able to get out of. Absolutely no customer service or follow through. Jordon has no professionalism or customer service. He never talked to my husband or I about anything that was going on. We waited for 3 days before I called again just for him to tell me he can’t help us. Plus the sales guy was not helpful and very unprofessional. All he did was talk on his phone to his girlfriend planning his Las Vegas trip he had won and when he did talk to me it was just about gambling and his wins when he has gambled. After 3 days of going to local dealerships that advertised a car that wasn't on their lot, I finally decided to try my luck with dick hannah.
