Yep worst experience ever... said they could remove scratches but after a rain scratches appeared, tried to play cd , full of dirt, drove to Astoria bridge, lug nuts broke off... but I didn't buy extended warranty they say, they not Responsible .... just need my plates and tags from that place then they can kiss my A$$$....
Bought a brand-new car from them in November went to traded in on something bigger and they told me it wasn't worth it for them to do business with me anymore. Save yourself the headache and go to Portland. They kept messing up my paperwork thinking I wouldn't catch it trying to make me pay thousands more, probably because I'm a girl and then got pissed off when I got my car for the sale price it was advertised for. Thank you Dick Hannah, I bought a new car a few days ago, I had some issues with it, last night. I took it in to the service station this morning. They drove me to work, took care of the problems, and didn't charge me... Thank you for taking care of us.
Honestly I hate car shopping but Nick actualy made it very easy. Talk a lot of the details over the phone and they held up to their end of the deal. Another positive was that no one ran up on us before we could even get out of our car. All in all I have had really good sucess buying cars thru Dick Hanna. Thanks
Had an awesome experience after unexpectedly having to purchase a new vehicle a couple weeks ago. My salesman Zach Dyer assisted me in answering all my questions and was very knowledgeable with all of the vehicles on the lot, we test drove multiple cars and after finding the one I drove off with a beautiful corolla!
