Zack Sprague contacted me right away to set up a personal appointment and even pulled the truck we were looking at off the lot to make sure it was available the next day. Boyfriend went in to purchase a vehicle with less than a perfect situation, the salesman and manager were fantastic with the deal. They went above and beyond to make sure he got a vehicle that both looks and drives great! I'm so glad we took the day to come to dick Hannah. Went there to look at a jeep was a complete joke the jeep was thrashed and it took the sales person 3 hours to get the jeep from there Vancouver lot to the kelso dealership. Called in advance and they said the jeep was on the kelso lot and it wasn't was a comple joke! Don't waste your time!!! The vehicle had bold tires and dents in front and back bumpers and the seats were thrashed! And the sticker on the outside said "like new"
They aren't NICE at all:-)! They sell bogus key fobs for $ 560.00! To widows!
