The quality of service at the Dick Hannah Toyota Service Department leaves something to be desired. Leftover parts after reassembly don't concern them - they actually still don't know where the part is from.(I went somewhere else to have it re-attached.) The Service Director talks a good game, but the employees must be studying a different playbook. Ive been trying to get a new vehicle for a long time, But after going into dick Hannah toyota and talking to zack sprague i got a 2015 toyota corolla s fast and easy. I had the perfect car buying experience, and cant see myself going anywhere else in the future.
Just ruined my afternoon. Brian was Very unprofessional, condescending, and should not be in the business of serving people. I bought a car at bud Clary Chevrolet within the hour. Matt saved the day.
The sales people are great but the service department is a joke. Took my car in to have the oil changed and take advantage of the free wash for loyalty members. Come to find out my car did not need an oil change. They wrote the wrong mileage on the sticker when they sold it to me. The car wash was ridiculous. A 5 year old could do a better job.
