I can't say enough about our experience working with our sales person Zach Dyer. We have now purchased two vehicles with him and the process was seamless and he exceeded our expectations. Earlier this month my daughter's car broke down and was not worth fixing. Went back to Toyota to see what they had in my price range as it had only been a year since I bought a car from there for myself. for the second time I got great service and my salesman Scott Aldrich did everything he could to get my daughter into an affordable and reliable car.
Scott Aldrich was so helpful. We had a list of needs and even color. He not only found what we were after, he did it with a smile. Thank you! I have never had an easier car buying experience.
I was looking for a more commuter friendly car, something powerful and comfortable but with decent gas mileage as well. Dusty Schuler found me a gorgeous BMW. It was at another Dick Hannah dealership and he went out of his way to find a car that fit my needs, then he went and got it for me. Dusty is the most honest and reliable sales person I have ever worked with and I promise you I have bought a LOT of cars over the years and have done the dance many times.
Went in for an oil change and service on our car.. Staff was friendly and we were there less than an hour. Very satisfied..
