Hannah gave me tires for life when I purchased the vehicle. They replaced them once. I still have the Tundra but because I didn't bring it to them for service (I went to less expensive places) they are not replacing them again. After buying two cars through them, I am done with them. I wouldn't recommend them.
Today I had the best customer service experience in the frontline service group that I have experienced since buying my care 2 years ago. I have always had great service as far as the auto technicians and mechanics. Brian Troske has been consistently professional and detailed. After buying 3 brand new cars from Dick Hannah and 1 used car, we will NEVER be back. Loyal customers mean nothing to them. After being ripped off no one will return our calls or attempt to make things right. We will be sure to let our friends know of our awful customer service. We will now taking our business elsewhere.
