Always pleased with the service here. Have been buying from them and having them do all the service for 16 years. I trust them.
I find it absolutely ridiculous that they take over 2 hours for and oil change when you have an appointment. The service on my car was just fine, but really over 2 hours. If you do not have an appointment the service takes the same amount of time. Really think they should consider speeding up this process.

Wife and I were in on May 28 and purchased a new Rav4. Salesman Zack Sprague did a super job as well as Mr. Brady in making sure that it was our best car buying experience ever. Also thanks to F/I and the young lady who cleaned up our new vehicle and made sure we had a full tank of gas. We have purchased three vehichles from Hannah and we have found that Sandra McMillin was very helpful. She knows her stuff and was very friendly and good attitude. We don't purchase from anyone but her.
