Will never visit this place for service or to buy a car again from Toyota. Front end bumper cover has had issues since 5000, wasn't sent to a body shop instead I found out repaired improperly by this dealer. Having issues again 2 years later on the same side by the headlight. Should be under warranty. Called Toyota and was told it was my fault, someone must have leaned on my bumper...haha what a joke. This place has put my car vin on other customers paperwork.....took a year to fix. Lost hubcap as well that was replaced. I h... read more

Recently I bought my first car at the kelso Dick Hannah. The guy that sold me the car was Zach Dyer. At the time he said he was on his 8th day as a salesman and it seemed like he had been doing it for 25 years. He's pretty rad if I say so myself. I wouldn't be surprised if he ran a dealership one day down the road.
Zach Spague was the best salesman ever. Made me feel completely comfortable and confident in every decision I made. I will definitely be sending people to him for there next car purchase
