I love my 2007 Camry!!! It's exactly what I was looking for. My Salesman Vance was very laid back, friendly, and knowledgable. I appreciated not being pressured in anyway. The overall experience was very smooth! I would highly recommend Dick Hannah Toyota...ask for Vance too!
Had the best experience ever! Went in thinking I knew what I wanted Jesse was very helpful and got me numerous cars to test out. Ultimately I went with a brand new Corolla and couldn't be happier!! The first salesperson I worked with really didn't communicate well AT ALL but I decided to go try again and came across Serge who really did a great job for me! I wasn't to excited about car shopping and was pretty stressed about the whole thing.... He was kind and through - and he got things done for me quickly!
I got here 10 minutes before my scheduled oil change. It took 35 minutes after my scheduled start time before they took my car into the shop, the shop had it for about 35 minutes. Taking advantage of my free monthly car wash has cost be another 40 minutes. Nearly 2 hours to change my oil and wash my car is pretty absurd. I will be driving down to Dick Hannah in Vancouver where they can do they same service in about 45 minutes. Well worth the longer drive.
