I purchased a 2012 Scion tC from Carson! Great salesman. Would definitely recommend going through Carson & Dick Hannah Toyota. Originally the car was inventoried in Vancouver and when we made an inquiry about it they transferred the vehicle to the Kelso location. Purchased and taken home same day. All in all, yes recommend!!

I just bought a car 2 days ago and had a small hiccup as I drove the car off the lot. (However I would just like to add that just because the car had an issue does not mean it’s the dealerships fault.) I brought the car back the same day and they were very quick in helping me find another vehicle which in the end I loved a whole lot more then the first car we picked out. DO NOT BUY THIS CAR. I was sold this exact same car a couple months ago from Dick Hannah Toyota in Kelso, three days after buying it the car said low oil pressure and then would shut off, contacted the dealership immediately and they had the car towed. After two weeks of no answers I finally went back in to the dealership and was told by Mike Brady that I was screwed because the car had a blown engine. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I purchased a new Highlander. 2 weeks ago from Carson.....best sales guy ever!!!! we were so happy with his service we went back a week later and bought a new Tundra from Carson as well. I will always buy from Dick Hannah. excellent service and selection.
