heres where I am coming from... my wife and I have purchased vehicles from the Dick Hannah group of dealerships. She was getting charged over $100 for oil changes and finally gave up and went to Sterling for her Honda services. I picked up and brand new Tacoma in June 2018...have always had my services done at the Divk Hannah Dealer in Kelso where I got my truck.
