We have used Design Aire for all HVAC work since we bought our house in ****. They have consistently been timely in the repairs/replacement of our systems. The staff (******* this time) have all been very courteous, punctual, and have answered all of questions on each visit. On these sorts of home repairs, I typically do not "price shop" because some have been emergencies and also because there are way too many devious business practices out there. I have had Design Aire service my HVAC system for years. I always get the membership, which gives me a Spring A/C and Fall Heating system checkup. This Fall, ****, found that the natural gas being delivered for the heat demand was too much volume, so he adjusted it. Should help with gas usage, and cost. Really like Design Aire and their professionalism. Their office staff is wonderful to work with as well.
