I would not recommend this company to any one after what I experienced. My house was not cooling well and I thought that freon may be low.I signed up for the a/c tune up and furnace tune up. The technician came and he didn't perform the pressure test to check for the possible leak. He didn't perform any of the tune up service items either. All he did was to clean the outside unit with water, added 3 lb of freon and charged me $ 292.Few days passed and house was not cooling well. ***** was prompt and friendly, and went above and beyond to find the simplest solution to our problem. He checked over both our AC units thoroughly at no extra charge and offered DIY tips to keep them running efficiently and prevent future calls. Excellent service! Tech arrived and got right to troubleshooting my ac. Informed me of the issue and pricing as well as options. Was able to fix at a reasonable cost and get my ac going the same day. Highly recommend Design Aire to anyone needing prompt service or replacement of hvac.
