New furnace installation went off without a hitch! The techs were professional, helpful, and friendly. We have been using Design Aire for a long time, and will continue to do so. Great experience, every time!!
I have had Design Aire service my HVAC system for years. I always get the membership, which gives me a Spring A/C and Fall Heating system checkup. This Fall, ****, found that the natural gas being delivered for the heat demand was too much volume, so he adjusted it. Should help with gas usage, and cost. Really like Design Aire and their professionalism. Their office staff is wonderful to work with as well.

They arrived on time and went right to work. I don't know if they were cheaper or higher than others but we felt they offered the best deal, especially with 36 months free financing.We are pleased with Design Aire & the Trane equipment.

Excellent company to deal with. ********************* usually comes to my home and he is very professional and knowledgeable. It is easy to make appts with the company and the service people always come within the time frame estimated.
*** was very professional and explained everything to my son We need replacement pqrrts for the furnace it is 15 years old.they could not do it until Oct 9th but *** put in the blower so we could still gave have ac he was awesome
Had a very positive experience with Design Aire for replacing a furnace and humidifier. On time, friendly and polite. They explained everything to me, answered my many questions patiently and gave me a great price. They had, by far, the best price of three estimates I got. Not pushy or forceful at all. Got to the job in a few days and I'm happy the entire process was so easy and quick. I highly recommend Design Aire and will call on them again when I need help.
