I would highly recommend Design Aire. Came out on a Sunday and added a part to keep the fan running. Gave me an estimate for a new unit within a couple of days and a few days later my new unit was installed. Technicians were friendly and responsible, answered all questions and job was completed in about 4 hours.

The Design Aire technician arrived at the scheduled time and proceeded to perform the most extensive check of my HVAC system that I have ever observed. He was knowledgable and obviously took pride in his work. I will definitely request the same technician for the fall HVAC checkup.
I received a picture and credentials of the technician before arriving to my residence. The technician was highly knowledgeable. He thoroughly assessed my AC unit inside and out. Additionally, he provided great conversation! I’ll highly recommend this company.

The service was excellent. The technician was their on the appointed time and completed the repairs to the furnace quickly, leaving no trash behind. I appreciated the fact that the company e-mailed the name and photo of the technician who was going to respond. I thought that was a nice security check. I have used this company before for air-conditioner work and I would not hesitate to use them again.
