design Aire responded the same day we called with a problem with our humidifier. The technician arrived on time and fixed the problem quickly. explained the reason for the problem and what we could do in the future to prevent the problem. he was very professional and efficient.

Furnace stopped working and contacted Design Aire. Technician (Jake) arrived in about an hour. Prognostics luckily a dirty flame sensor. After cleaning and a thorough inspection all good.
