They are very nice to work with. ***** is our local repairman for Designaire and he shows up when he says he's going to and is very efficient.
Super professional, friendly, and fixed the problem right away. Technicians are always willing to teach a few things while they are here too, which helps with general maintenance and life of our furnace.
