Calling for service in the middle of winter on a Friday can represent challenges. Design Aire returned our call early and put us in line for service. Service tech, ****, arrived early afternoon. Very polite and professional. Found the issue and completed his work in about 45 minutes. It was a pleasant experience. Have been customers for 25+ years. Highly recommend.

design Aire responded the same day we called with a problem with our humidifier. The technician arrived on time and fixed the problem quickly. explained the reason for the problem and what we could do in the future to prevent the problem. he was very professional and efficient.
Service is always great, honest and easy to work with. We highly would recommend them for home or business.
Furnace stopped working and contacted Design Aire. Technician (Jake) arrived in about an hour. Prognostics luckily a dirty flame sensor. After cleaning and a thorough inspection all good. I have been using DA for several years now and wouldn't think of using anyone else. A very pleased customer. Bridgeton, MO
