Design Aire is top notch, excellent company with good service and reasonable pricing. Service men *** and **** (who have been to my house) are both professionally very competent, efficient, and friendly. They are clear, concise communicators and answer all questions thoroughly and politely.
Design Aire did a fantastic job. We had a leak in our AC Unit. They came out at first and flushed it out thinking that was the problem. Unfortunately it continued to leak and they came out immediately and replaced a pipe. They were very thorough, prompt and helpful! Will definitely use them again.
Got to me in about three hours for emergency service on a hot Saturday. Nice service man who had the part and fixed the ** in about 20 minutes.
I would recommend this company without reservation; and found every employee committed to customer satisfaction. Kudos to the team that installed my new furnace and AC condenser for their competence and attention to detail on a 90 degree day!
My HVAC was installed by another company, but decided to try Design Aire for my annual service. The Design Aire technician conducted himself in a professional manner and provided a full spring service check that included a detailed checklist of his findings that he reviewed with me at completion. Design Aire has been our service company for years. They have always been very thorough when doing my annual maintenance inspections. I never felt they tried selling me something I didnt need. Also many of their employees have been with them for years, that tells me a lot about a company when their employees are long term.
